A Kauai man who spent years as a JROTC instructor, is accused of making sex videos with one of his underaged students and authorities believe there may be more victims. 65-year old Victor Aguilar, who's also a retired Army Major, was arrested on Kauai Thursday morning and flown to Honolulu's Federal Detention Center. Aguilar was previously charged by Kauai prosecutors with five counts of sex assault on another former student. The feds later got into his school issued laptop and say they found the videos, made last year, along with numerous inappropriate images of his students dating back to 2009. Authorities say they are now contacting those students, and asking any others to come forward.
