This guy is totally not following the directions on how to put the flames out when you are on fire. You are supposed to stop, drop and roll. Not just scream in pain and try to sit up. That doesn't work for shit. When you are on fire in the street, I guess you would expect for someone to help you out too. Not just record the whole thing like two feet away from you.
